Boeing 767 Crashes at Miami Airport: NTSB Launches Investigation

The US National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has launched an investigation into a Boeing 767-33A aircraft operated by 21 Air LLC that overran the end of Runway 30 while landing at Miami International Airport in Florida on September 6, 2026.

The aircraft, which was operating as Flight 7598, a Part 121 cargo service travelling from San Juan, Puerto Rico, to Miami, was carrying Amazon Air branding and was operated by 21 Air.

Miami-Dade County's mayor confirmed that people died and others were injured in the Sunday cargo-plane crash. The exact number of fatalities or injuries is not yet confirmed.
