A new Netflix documentary, Freefall: A Reckoning for Boeing, shines a light on the victims of two fatal plane crashes in Ethiopia and Indonesia that killed over 300 people. Among them was 25-year-old Sam Pegram from Preston, who died in the Ethiopian Airlines crash in 2019.

The investigation found that Boeing's new software was responsible for the crash, leading to a worldwide grounding of the 737 Max aircraft.

Sam's family is speaking out against Boeing's response to his death, calling it 'pure evil' due to its lawyers' argument that 'undisputed evidence shows that death was instantaneous' and passengers wouldn't have felt any pain before impact.
