Centaurus Financial Inc., a financial institution, has acquired new holdings in The Boeing Company (NYSE:BA). According to recent disclosures, Centaurus bought 24,642 shares of Boeing's stock during the second quarter, valuing them at approximately $5.33 million.

The institutional investor's purchase was just one of several major transactions involving Boeing's stock. Other notable investors include Revolve Wealth Partners LLC, Sivia Capital Partners LLC, and AXA S.A., who all increased their holdings in the company during the second quarter.

Boeing has a substantial defense backlog, with its $131 billion F-15 sustainment contract securing it a sole-source position through 2037. The award has boosted Boeing's long-term defense prospects, but investors remain cautious due to concerns about capital allocation and commercial-aircraft headwinds.
