Korean Air has finalized a massive order for 103 Boeing aircraft worth $36.2 billion, marking one of the airline's largest commitments to date.

The deal includes 20 Boeing 777-9s, 25 Boeing 787-10s, 50 Boeing 737-10s, and eight Boeing 777-8 Freighters, which will bring different capabilities to Korean Air's fleet. The aircraft are valued at approximately $12.6 billion at current market prices, reflecting typical discounts from list prices.

The agreement also covers long-term engine support and maintenance, with an additional $8.6 billion deal for 21 spare engines from GE Aerospace and CFM International, as well as a 15-year engine maintenance agreement covering 28 engines. This comprehensive package is valued at $44.8 billion and will shape Korean Air's aircraft mix over the coming years.

The finalized order represents a significant step in Korean Air's fleet modernization plans and strengthens its long-term relationship with Boeing. With passenger aircraft, freighters, engines, and maintenance included, the package is designed to support Korean Air's fleet requirements well into the future.
