Boeing Lands $75 Million Contract for Air Force One Spare Parts
Boeing (NYSE:BA) has received a contract modification worth $75 million to supply spare parts for Air Force One. This new award is part of an existing agreement with the U.S. Air Force and reinforces Boeing's role in high-profile government programs.
The company has also appointed Celso Ferrer as president of Boeing Latin America and the Caribbean, effective September 4, 2026. This leadership change reflects a focus on regional operations across Latin American markets.
While the $75 million contract is relatively small compared to Boeing's combined backlog of around $695 billion, it highlights the company's flow of defense service work that can complement larger commercial aircraft orders and existing military platforms.
The appointment of Ferrer also ties into Boeing's push for supply chain efficiency and more reliable execution across key growth regions.
