A former Boeing mechanic claims she was fired after reporting harassment and a hostile work environment at the company's Moses Lake, Washington facility.

The woman, who worked as a Grade 9 Aircraft Mechanic from September 2022 to September 2025, alleges that supervisors and employees created a sexually hostile work environment.

According to the complaint, one supervisor made unwanted sexual advances and sent her unsolicited nude photographs after she rejected him. Another inspector allegedly called her 'sweet thing' and asked her to come to his home to 'hold him.'

The woman also reported racial harassment, including a coworker who used a racial slur and another who told an African-American employee that they would be sent a white colleague to watch them.
