China is making progress on its commitment to purchase 200 Boeing jets that was announced in May, according to U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer.

Greer told Fox News that around 140 of these orders are currently in a good state, while an additional 10 are being written down as part of the agreement.

This deal marks Boeing's first major Chinese purchase in nearly a decade and comes ahead of President Donald Trump's meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping this week.
