Boeing Wins Deposition Battle in Moon Mission Patent Lawsuit

A Colorado-based aerospace company has lost its bid to conduct additional depositions in a lawsuit accusing The Boeing Co. of stealing patented technology for a NASA moon exploration program.

The decision was made by a Washington federal magistrate judge on August 26, 2026.

According to the ruling, the aerospace company cannot proceed with its request for more depositions, effectively ending their pursuit of additional evidence in the case.
