Boost Run Secures $525 Million AI Deal Boosting Contract Value to $2.6 Billion
Boost Run Inc. (NASDAQ:BRUN) saw its shares rise over 8% on Tuesday following the announcement of a significant AI cloud services agreement. The company has signed a five-year deal with a leading sovereign AI company, valued at $525.6 million. Under the agreement, Boost Run will provide NVIDIA Corp (NASDAQ:NVDA) GB300 NVL72 GPU-powered computing capacity, along with network storage and CPU node services. The initial infrastructure acceptance is expected to begin in early second-quarter 2027.
The new deal boosts Boost Run’s total contract value to more than $2.6 billion, including agreements with upfront payments. CEO Andrew Karos highlighted how this strengthens the company’s ability to convert financing into contracted revenue. The agreement also diversifies Boost Run’s customer base and GPU fleet through the deployment of NVIDIA GB300 systems.
Boost Run operates as a Nvidia Preferred Cloud Partner, offering GPU compute, CPU nodes, managed Kubernetes orchestration, and shared storage. The company’s services are designed to help organizations quickly scale infrastructure for demanding AI workloads. Boost Run also emphasizes its operator-level compliance certifications, including SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701, which are crucial for regulated customers.
In August, Boost Run reported strong second-quarter 2026 earnings, with revenue of $31.1 million, a 270% year-over-year increase. The company finished the quarter with $120.2 million in unrestricted cash and expects to reach approximately $400 million in annualized recurring revenue by the end of fiscal 2026. Boost Run is targeting a sustainable net cash flow margin of 15%-20% in future periods.
