Brian Dyson: International Businessman and Former Coke Exec Dies at 90

Brian Dyson, a 90-year-old international businessman and entrepreneur, passed away on August 9, 2026, due to respiratory complications from pneumonia. Born in 1935 in San Eduardo, Argentina, Dyson was raised on his family's 140-year-old farm, Estancia La Susana.

He graduated from St. George's School in Buenos Aires and earned a degree from the University of Buenos Aires while serving in the military. Dyson later attended Harvard Business School and joined The Coca-Cola Company in Venezuela in 1959, working his way up to become President of Coca-Cola North America and Senior Vice President.

After retiring in 1994, he founded Chatham International Corporation, a private business and consulting firm. He continued as a consultant to the company and served as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer from 2001 to 2003. Dyson was a citizen of the world, living a full life characterized by hard work, good luck, and a focus on family and fun.
