Brown Derby Reboot: New Menu Makes Strong Case for Top Signature Dining Spot

The Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant at Disney's Hollywood Studios has long been considered one of the park's most iconic and upscale dining experiences. However, in recent years, it had fallen short of expectations with mediocre meals and a lackluster atmosphere.

That all changed with the introduction of the new 2026 menu, which has re-established the Brown Derby as a true Signature Dining Experience. The Brown Derby is located on Hollywood Boulevard and participates in the Disney Dining Plan as a 2-credit Signature Dining option. The atmosphere is steeped in glamour and glitz, with caricatures of famous faces adorning the walls and an upscale dining room that harks back to Old Hollywood.
