Cantor Fitzgerald Reaffirms Overweight Rating on Salesforce Amid Market Skepticism

Cantor Fitzgerald has reaffirmed its Overweight rating and $250 price target for Salesforce (NYSE:CRM), which currently trades at $205.47.

The firm argues that Salesforce's undervalued stock price, based on its Fair Value assessment, is attractive given the company's PEG ratio of 0.6.

Cantor Fitzgerald notes that Salesforce has underperformed the broader software sector, down 19% year-to-date compared to a 20% gain in the EMCLOUD index and a 12% rise in the S&P 500.

The firm attributes this underperformance to market skepticism about Salesforce's ability to accelerate growth in the second half of its fiscal year and concerns about its exposure to AI disruption as a horizontal SaaS platform.
