Cantor Fitzgerald has lowered its price target for Amazon's shares to $320 from $330 while maintaining an Overweight rating on the stock. The firm adjusted its valuation methodology, now basing the $320 price target on 30 times fiscal 2027 estimated earnings per share.

Amazon currently trades at a P/E ratio of 32.1, with a PEG ratio of 0.77, suggesting attractive valuation relative to its growth prospects. Cantor Fitzgerald raised its fiscal 2027 revenue estimate by 1% and its operating income forecast by 12% for Amazon.

The analyst firm cited a strong second-quarter performance from the company, with AWS acceleration having significant runway ahead as enterprise adoption of artificial intelligence accelerates in coming quarters. This growth is expected to drive Amazon's continued expansion and solidify its position as a market leader.
