Capital Numbers Infotech Acquires Epitome Cloud for ₹40 Cr

Capital Numbers Infotech has acquired Epitome Cloud, a US-based Salesforce consultancy firm, for ₹40 Cr. The acquisition marks Capital Numbers' first major move in acquiring smaller specialist firms to expand its capabilities and client base.

The deal gives Capital Numbers a physical presence in the US and access to premium billing rates through Epitome's Salesforce expertise. The company plans to leverage this acquisition to drive 25-30% of its targeted FY27 revenue growth.

Capital Numbers CEO Mukul Gupta stated that the acquisition is part of a deliberate shift towards becoming a more specialized global technology services business, with a focus on adding capabilities and client access through strategic acquisitions.
