Caterpillar to Acquire John Fabick Tractor Company Amid Strong Sales Growth

Caterpillar Inc., a leading manufacturer of machinery and power systems, has agreed to acquire John Fabick Tractor Company, a Cat dealer serving parts of Missouri and Illinois. The deal is expected to close within 30 days after receiving regulatory approval.

The acquisition will give Caterpillar direct control over a dealer with more than 100 years of customer relationships, expanding its aftermarket strategy through independently owned dealerships.
