CCEP Australia Names New Managing Director Amid Leadership Transition

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) Australia has appointed Miles Karemacher as its new managing director. He will take up the position on January 18, 2027.

Karemacher currently serves as general manager for Coca-Cola HBC in Italy and returns to Australia after a stint abroad. Before this role, he held senior positions across various companies, including SABMiller and Coca-Cola Amatil.

Miles Karemacher's appointment comes as current managing director Orlando Rodriguez prepares to leave the business early next year. Rodriguez joined CCEP in 2019 and has led the Australian operation during a period of change. His leadership will be missed, said Gareth McGeown, general manager of APS Business Unit.

Gareth McGeown welcomed Karemacher's appointment, highlighting his deep market knowledge and international perspective. 'I am delighted to welcome Miles back to Australia and to CCEP,' he stated. 'His focus on building strong, engaged teams means he is the right leader to take our Australian business into its next chapter of growth.'
