CCEP Continues Share Buyback With €258M Purchase

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has continued its share buyback program, purchasing 258,500 ordinary shares between August 31 and September 4. The company bought these shares through Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs International, or their affiliates on both US and London trading venues.

The largest single-day purchase occurred on September 4, with the company acquiring 60,000 shares on US trading venues at a volume-weighted average price of $106.12 per share. The total cost of these purchases ranged from £78.40 to £80.65 per share on London Stock Exchange and related venues.

The repurchased shares will be cancelled as part of the company's ongoing share buyback program, which aims to repurchase up to €1 billion of ordinary shares in aggregate. The program was announced on February 17, 2026.
