Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has completed a share repurchase program, acquiring 200,000 ordinary shares from September 28 through October 2, 2026. The transactions took place on both U.S. and London trading venues, with 150,000 shares purchased in the U.S. and 50,000 in London. The shares were bought from Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs International, or one of their affiliates.

The repurchased shares will be canceled, including the depositary interests and underlying shares acquired in London. This move is part of CCEP's broader share buyback program announced on February 17, 2026, under which the company aims to repurchase up to EUR 1 billion of ordinary shares in total.

The purchases were conducted in compliance with the Market Abuse Regulation as it applies in the UK. Details of the transactions, including aggregated and detailed forms, are available through a specified link. The company's shares are listed on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Amsterdam, NASDAQ, and the London Stock Exchange.
