CCEP Repurchases over a Quarter Million Shares under Share Buyback Plan

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has repurchased shares as part of its ongoing share buyback program. The company purchased 253,196 ordinary shares between September 21 and September 25 through Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs International, or their affiliates.

The purchases were made on both US trading venues and London trading venues. On US exchanges, the price ranged from $99.02 per share to $102.79 per share during the period. In contrast, prices on the London Stock Exchange and other London venues varied between £74.40 and £77.15 per share.

The repurchased shares will be cancelled. This purchase is part of a larger program announced in February 2026, which aims to buy back up to €1 billion of ordinary shares in total. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is listed on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Amsterdam and the London Stock Exchange.
