Visa Chrome Reappoints Key Executives Amidst Financial Update

Visa Chrome Limited held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2026, via video conferencing. Shareholders adopted the standalone and consolidated audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026.

The meeting was chaired by Vice-Chairman & Managing Director Vishal Agarwal as Chairman Vishambhar Saran was unable to preside due to health concerns. The quorum was present, and all directors participated remotely in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations.

Key resolutions passed at the AGM included the reappointment of Vishal Agarwal as Vice-Chairman & Managing Director and Manoj Kumar as Joint Managing Director. Independent Directors Biswajit Chongdar and Ritu Bajaj were also reappointed for a second consecutive term of three years each.
