Chrome Bug Slows Extension Load Times to a Snail's Pace on macOS

A bug in Google Chrome's latest updates has been slowing down extension load times on macOS devices.

The issue, which affects extensions such as password managers like 1Password, causes them to take up to 60 seconds to load, compared to the usual couple of seconds.

Google is aware of the problem and is investigating it as a priority. In the meantime, some users have found that enabling the PMLoadingPageVoter flag fixes the issue, although this carries some risk.
