CIA Director's Boeing C-17 Flight Leaves Moscow, Heads to Riga

A Boeing C-17 Globemaster III aircraft, RCH4555, departed from Moscow's Vnukovo Airport at around 18:30 local time. The flight is notable as it carried CIA Director John Ratcliffe to Moscow earlier in the day for meetings with Russian officials.

According to Flightradar24, the C-17 had arrived in Moscow that morning and was seen departing for Riga International Airport. Interestingly, this aircraft had previously flown from Washington to Riga on August 23.

The request from the United States to suspend strikes by Ukraine during the trip is also worth noting. This move suggests a desire to create a secure environment for high-level diplomatic discussions between the US and Russia.
