Cincinnati's Fidelity Hotel Opens in Historic Gwynne Building

The historic Gwynne Building in Cincinnati has been transformed into a luxury hotel called Fidelity Hotel. The $81 million adaptive reuse project was funded by NuovoRE and New Waterloo, and it features 165 rooms, including 17 suites, two bunk rooms, and the Alice presidential suite. The hotel's design pays homage to Cincinnati's nickname as the 'Paris of America,' with a mix of vintage and contemporary furniture, local art, and scenic wallpapers.

The Gwynne Building was completed in 1913 by architect Ernest Flagg and served as the headquarters for Procter & Gamble from 1935 to 1956. The hotel's owners have preserved many of the building's original features, including the light court, grand staircase, and carved façade.

The Fidelity Hotel offers a range of amenities, including two dining rooms, a fitness studio, valet parking, and laundry service. Guests can also enjoy in-room dining and take advantage of the hotel's location near Great American Ball Park and Hard Rock Casino.
