The partnership aims to bridge the gap between enterprise collaboration tools like Webex and widely used consumer messaging apps such as WhatsApp. By enabling secure, compliant, and regulated external messaging within the Webex environment, the integration helps mitigate risks associated with shadow communication, which occurs outside official enterprise security protocols.

LeapXpert's platform acts as a secure intermediary, facilitating these conversations in a governed manner.
