Cisco Blows Past Guidance with Record-Breaking Q4 Results
Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) reported its fourth quarter and fiscal year results for 2026 on August 12th. The company's revenue for Q4 was $17.3 billion, a significant increase of 18% compared to the same period in 2025. This marks another record-breaking performance for Cisco, with double-digit growth across all geographic segments.
Cisco's operating margin reached 24.7% on a GAAP basis and 35.9% non-GAAP, exceeding the high end of guidance ranges. Net income on a GAAP basis was $3.9 billion or $0.97 per share, while non-GAAP net income was $4.9 billion or $1.22 per share.
Cisco's Chairman and CEO Chuck Robbins said that the company delivered 'a very strong close to fiscal 2026' due to its accelerated pace of innovation and excellent execution by teams. Cisco declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per common share, with a payment date of October 21st.
