Cisco is expanding its partnership with NVIDIA to bring self-managed AI directly to Splunk Enterprise customers, allowing them to run AI workloads on-premises.

The new advancements in Splunk aim to close the gap between the potential of AI and the trust required for adoption. According to Jeetu Patel, President and Chief Product Officer at Cisco, 'customers want to know: Can I trust it to do the job? Can I afford it? And, most importantly, can I secure it?'

The expanded partnership with NVIDIA brings Splunk AI to on-premises customers through a self-managed AI runtime software, Cisco infrastructure, and NVIDIA accelerated computing. This allows customers to run AI workloads without sending sensitive data to the cloud.
