Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO) reported better-than-expected earnings for its fiscal second quarter, but shares are still falling in response to a warning about future revenue growth.

The company said it earned $3.04 per share on revenue of $14.09 billion, beating estimates of $2.93 per share and $13.96 billion respectively.

However, Cisco's guidance for the current quarter fell short of expectations, with the company forecasting revenue to decline by 5-7% from the same period last year.
