The sales occurred on August 14, 2026, with prices ranging from $110.64 to $113.51 per share. These transactions were carried out under a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 trading plan that Patel adopted in December 2025.

Cisco shares have been performing well, with a 74% increase over the past year, but they dropped nearly 8% in the last week, according to most overvalued lists. Analysts have raised their price targets for the company after Cisco reported strong financial results for Q4 of fiscal 2026.

Patel directly holds 230,593 shares of Cisco common stock, which includes 2,233 dividend equivalents accrued on unvested restricted stock units. He also holds an additional 200 shares indirectly through a trust.
