Cisco's WebexOne Event to Showcase AI-Powered Collaboration and Customer Experience

Cisco's annual AI Collaboration and Customer Experience event, WebexOne, will take place from October 5-8, 2026, in Austin, Texas. The multiday event will bring together leaders from top global brands to share their experiences with AI-powered work and collaboration. Featured speakers include Jeetu Patel, President and Chief Product Officer at Cisco, who will outline the company's strategy for AI-powered collaboration and customer experience.

The event will also feature a fireside chat with Tom Brady, seven-time Super Bowl champion, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, on the power of collaboration, leadership, and resilience in an AI-powered world. In addition to the keynote speakers, WebexOne will offer hands-on demos, hundreds of hours of learning across dozens of classes and labs, and dozens of breakout sessions.

Cisco will also announce the winners of its fifth annual Webex Customer Awards at the event.
