Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Completes Another Round of Share Repurchases

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has completed another round of share repurchases as part of its EUR 1 billion buyback programme. According to a Form 6-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the company acquired 253,196 ordinary shares on both U.S. and London trading platforms between September 21 and 25, 2026.

The repurchased shares were bought from Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC or its affiliates at volume-weighted average prices ranging from USD 100.3481 to USD 102.3205 per share on U.S. venues, and GBP 74.9550 to GBP 76.5580 per share on the London Stock Exchange.

The company's EUR 1 billion buyback programme was announced in February 2026, aiming to repurchase ordinary shares. The transactions were conducted in compliance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, applicable in the UK (Market Abuse Regulation).
