This buyback is part of the company’s broader share repurchase program, announced on February 17, 2026. The program aims to repurchase up to €1 billion in ordinary shares. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is listed on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Amsterdam, NASDAQ, the London Stock Exchange, and Spanish stock exchanges under the ticker CCEP.

The company operates in 31 countries, serving nearly 600 million consumers and over 4 million customers.
