Coca-Cola Icecek shares are plummeting 3.9% to trade at ₺80.00 after the company announced additional customs payments and a fine totaling 2.8 billion lira ($58.2 million).

The bottling and distribution company disclosed on Friday that it had been notified of an extra customs assessment of 705.8 million lira, accompanied by an administrative fine of 2.1 billion lira.

Brokerage Is Yatirim described the news as 'marginally negative' for the stock, noting that the total payable amount represents about 1% of the company's market capitalization.

This development comes after Coca-Cola Icecek's second-quarter 2026 earnings presentation on August 11, where management expressed caution regarding the second half of the year despite reporting solid results.
