The Coca-Cola Company has elevated Rishav Gandhi to Vice President, People & Culture for Eurasia and Middle East, expanding his remit across people strategy and organisational priorities in the region.

Gandhi brings significant experience in people strategy, talent development, organisational effectiveness, performance management, and rewards. In his expanded role, he will focus on people and culture priorities, including talent development and organisational effectiveness, while supporting broader business priorities across the markets under his remit.

Gandhi has held several leadership roles at Coca-Cola, including Vice President, People & Culture, where he led people strategy and culture for the company's Global Marketing and McDonald's Division. He previously served as Senior Director, Talent & Development for Latin America and Director of Talent Innovation.
