Coca-Cola's Dividend Income Could Soar by Over 55% by 2036
Coca-Cola is one of only a few Dividend Kings, companies that have increased their dividend payments for 50 or more consecutive years. The beverage giant has maintained this streak for an impressive 64 years, including a 4% increase in February.
Historically, Coca-Cola's dividend has grown at a rate of around 4.5% annually over the past decade. At its current yield of 2.4%, a $25,000 investment would generate $600 in annual dividend income.
If Coca-Cola maintains this growth rate, that income could rise to nearly $932 per year in a decade. The company is well-positioned to continue growing its dividend, with an expected $12.4 billion in free cash flow this year covering its $9.1 billion annual dividend outlay.
