Companies Launch Diversity Fellowships and Summits for Early-Career Talent
As fall campus recruitment kicks off, top global employers are launching early-career diversity fellowships and leadership summits. These programs are not just educational conferences but fast-track recruiting pipelines that help companies identify talent early.
The summits offer fully funded opportunities, covering 100% of participant travel, lodging, and meals, or providing dedicated virtual stipends. Over 60% of attendees receive accelerated interview invitations within 14 days of event completion.
While many programs focus on historically underrepresented ethnic groups, such as Black, Hispanic/Latine, Native American, women in STEM, LGBTQ+ candidates, veterans, and first-generation college students are also included.
