CRMIT Australia Acquires Brooke Global to Expand Consulting Services
CRMIT Australia, a provider of enterprise technology services, has acquired Brooke Global to bolster its consulting and business transformation capabilities. The move brings together two firms deeply committed to the Salesforce ecosystem, combining Brooke Global's consulting expertise with CRMIT's implementation and Agentic AI strengths to drive digital transformation.
As part of the acquisition, Brooke Global's team of 40 strategy consultants will join CRMIT's global workforce, enhancing the company's ability to offer consulting-led transformation services. CRMIT has a long history of helping enterprises improve customer experiences through CRM, integration, and decision intelligence, while Brooke Global specializes in service transformation and governance-led advisory services for government agencies and regulated organizations.
CRMIT Solutions founder and CEO Vinod Reddy emphasized that the acquisition aligns with the future of enterprise transformation, which involves redesigning services, leveraging data for better decisions, and applying AI to achieve measurable outcomes.
