CX Institutional Sells GOOGL Shares Amid Broader Shift in Institutional Holdings

CX Institutional has cut its stake in Alphabet Inc., selling 4,138 shares of GOOGL stock during the second quarter. The firm now owns 130,128 shares of Alphabet's stock, making up 1.3% of CX Institutional's investment portfolio.

The sale was part of a broader trend in which institutional investors added to or reduced their stakes in Alphabet. Adelphi Trust Co lifted its stake by 0.6%, while Trust Co of the South boosted its holding by 18.9%. Roxbury Financial LLC and Global Wealth Strategies & Associates also increased their positions, with BSN CAPITAL PARTNERS Ltd purchasing a new stake worth approximately $210 million.

Insiders have sold a total of 600,547 shares of Alphabet stock in the last 90 days, with John Kent Walker selling 8,998 shares on June 29th. The insider activity has seen a total of 11.61% of Alphabet's stock owned by insiders.
