DA Davidson Raises Salesforce Price Target to $225
DA Davidson has raised its price target on Salesforce.com (salesforce) shares to $225 from $200, while maintaining a Neutral rating. This new target reflects 14 times the firm's fiscal 2028 earnings per share estimate for Salesforce.
The analyst, Gil Luria, attended Dreamforce 2026 and met with system integrators, partners, and customers. He noted that Salesforce's move to give customers choice in how they engage with the platform is a positive development.
Despite some caution regarding organic reacceleration, Luria remains optimistic about Salesforce's profitability metrics, including an impressive gross profit margin of 77% and a PEG ratio of just 0.38.
