Debbie Allen Teams Up With Merck on HIV Wellness Initiative

Debbie Allen is back on NBC's 'A Different World' and this time she's not just producing, but also partnering with Merck to launch 'Your Hive of Whole Health', a multi-year educational program aimed at helping people living with HIV build personalized support networks for their overall well-being.

The initiative was unveiled by Allen during the U.S. Conference on HIV/AIDS (USCHA) in Anaheim, California, and features a comprehensive hub at HiveofWholeHealth.com that includes a downloadable 'Hive Keeper' workbook.

The program is designed to help HIV patients manage not just their physical health, but also their mental wellness, co-occurring conditions, social drivers, and other life challenges.

Merck, which has been developing antiviral options for both HIV treatment and prevention since 1996, is working with various nonprofits and community organizations to promote the 'Hive' initiative and get it out to those who need it most.
