Delta Offers Round-Trip Certificates and Bonus Miles for US Travelers

Delta Airlines has introduced a new travel reward for US travelers as part of its partnership with American Express. The airline is offering eligible new Delta SkyMiles American Express Card Members two round-trip Delta Comfort Flight Certificates and 50,000 bonus miles. This offer runs from August 27 to November 4, 2026.

The promotion is open to customers who sign up for the Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express Consumer Card and spend $10,000 within six months. The flight certificates are valid for travel on Delta-operated flights within the contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. There are no blackout dates, but bookings must be made at least 21 days in advance and taxes and fees of up to $80 per person apply.

This offer underscores the growing importance of airline loyalty programs for frequent flyers. For Nigerian travelers who frequently fly to the US, this promotion offers a convenient way to earn rewards. However, it's essential to note that the two Comfort Flight Certificates are not valid for Lagos-US travel but can be used for domestic travel within the US after arriving from Lagos.
