Disney Brings D23 Celebration to Anaheim and Online
The Walt Disney Company is bringing D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event to fans around the world, offering exclusive streaming panels and experiences in Anaheim and online. Fans unable to attend in person can tune in on Disney+ for a selection of panels and showcase presentations, starting with the 'Beauty and the Beast: A Tale as Old as Time 35th Anniversary Celebration' on August 14 at 2/1c.
On-site experiences include the Disney+ Hulu Experience at the Anaheim Convention Center Hall A, featuring a 4D theater, mystery pin quest, subscription support, photo-ops inspired by popular shows like 'The Simpsons' and 'Percy Jackson and the Olympians,' and exclusive merchandise. The Disney+ Perks Treat Truck will operate from August 13 to 15 near the Downtown Disney District monorail security checkpoint, offering themed donuts and collectible patches.
The event also features a Throwback Dance Party on Thursday, August 13, celebrating hits from 'Hannah Montana,' 'High School Musical,' 'The Cheetah Girls,' and 'Camp Rock.' Eligible members can attend an invite-only, throwback-themed breakfast on Saturday, August 15. The Hulu Animayhem celebration spans the entire month at the Downtown Disney District.
