Disney Brings Marvel Magic to Disneyland with New Avengers Ride

Disney has announced its latest Marvel-themed expansion for Disneyland's California Adventure park. The new ride, Avengers Infinity Defense, will open in 2028 and feature guests joining forces with the Avengers to defeat King Thanos across multiple worlds.

The attraction is part of an expansion of the Avengers Campus section at California Adventure, which will double in size by 2028. The new ride will also include a second attraction called Stark Flight Lab, where guests can learn how to fly from Marvel's top heroes, including Captain Marvel and Iron Man.

Avengers Infinity Defense will feature state-of-the-art technology and the return of Thanos, who will be played by King Thanos in this version. The ride will also see the return of Ms. Marvel, Hawkeye, Captain America, Thor, and Iron Man, all reprising their roles from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The expansion is a significant investment for Disney, with the company committing to a major overhaul of the Avengers Campus section. With the addition of these new attractions, Disneyland will be able to offer its guests an even more immersive experience, one that brings the world of Marvel to life in a way that's never been seen before.
