The Walt Disney Company has acquired the former Yamaha campus in Cypress, California, near Disneyland Resort for $115.29 million.

The property, which spans 25 acres and includes industrial, warehouse, and office buildings, was previously occupied by Yamaha Motor Corp. since 1979.

Avison Young announced the sale of the property on October 2, but did not disclose Disney as the buyer at that time. Public records confirm that Disney officially closed the purchase on September 23.

The relocation of Yamaha's headquarters to Georgia earlier this year led to the sale of the California campus, which is expected to be fully vacated by the end of 2026.
