Disney Lawsuit: Former Child Star Alleges Sexual Assault on Set

Raquel Lee Bolleau, a former Disney child star, has filed a civil negligence lawsuit against The Walt Disney Company alleging she was sexually assaulted by a male employee during filming of the 2001 comedy 'The Poof Point'.

Bolleau claims she was 14 years old at the time and that the employee provided her with alcohol and assaulted her multiple times while they were in Salt Lake City and on a flight to California.

The actress alleges that Disney did not protect her as a minor, separating her from her guardian and encouraging her to 'bond' with the employee.

Bolleau's attorneys stated that the entertainment industry must be held accountable for such conduct, claiming 'This conduct is inexcusable.'
