Disney Magic Kingdom's Fall Changes Bring Early Closures and Exclusive Events
As summer ends and fall begins at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, several operational changes are taking effect. The first change is the Halloween Season takeover of the park, which officially starts in September.
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, a popular seasonal offering, transforms the park with festive decorations, themed entertainment, and trick-or-treat locations throughout the evening. Guests attending the event can dress up, following Disney's costume guidelines.
The party will be held on September 1, 4, 8, 11, 13, 15, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25, 27, and 29, with Magic Kingdom closing at 6 p.m. for guests without party tickets.
Deluxe Resort guests will have one exclusive opportunity to enjoy Extended Evening Hours at the park on September 9 from 10 p.m. until midnight.
