IronPigs' Winning Streak Ends with 8-5 Loss to Buffalo
The Lehigh Valley IronPigs saw their three-game winning streak come to an end in an 8-5 loss to the Buffalo Bisons on Sunday afternoon at Coca-Cola Park.
The 'Pigs got off to a strong start, jumping out in front with three runs in the second inning. Payton Henry's two-run double sparked the rally, and Robert Moore's base hit drove in the third run.
However, Buffalo bounced back with four runs in the fourth inning, including a two-run homer from Daz Cameron that tied the game. The Bisons added four more runs over the next three innings to take an 8-3 lead.
The 'Pigs attempted to rally in the seventh, but it was too late. Tommy Pham's two-run double was not enough to overcome the deficit.
