Disney has made a significant investment in the Anaheim area, purchasing a 25-acre office campus from Yamaha Motor Corp. for $115 million.

The campus is about six miles from the western edge of Disneyland Resort and was reportedly sold to Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S. Inc., although Disney has not confirmed this information.

Yamaha will be relocating its operations to Georgia, but will continue to lease the campus back from Disney until 2028, when it is expected to fully vacate the premises.

This purchase comes as part of the DisneylandForward project, which includes various changes and expansions to the resort. The new office space may serve as a replacement for other offices that are being demolished or relocated during this time.
