Disney's theme parks segment saw significant growth in the third quarter of this year, with revenue rising by 10% to $9.968 billion and operating income increasing by 20% to $3.017 billion.

The company reported a 4% increase in attendance at its global attractions, with Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line experiencing particular strength.

Disney's CEO Josh D'Amaro stated that the company is 'investing to sustain growth' through various initiatives, including major new attractions and the expansion of its cruise line.

The company is also leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to drive returns, with AI-powered digital twins and simulation tools being used to design and test new attractions. Disney's J.A.R.V.I.S. AI tool has been made available to over 2,000 Imagineers, allowing them to simplify the booking and planning experience for guests.
