Disney Unveils Infinity Vision Certification for Premium Movie Screens

The Walt Disney Studios has unveiled Infinity Vision, a new certification program for premium large format theaters. Instead of building proprietary projectors from scratch, Disney aims to certify existing auditoriums that meet strict technical benchmarks.

The new badge will help fans easily find the biggest screens, sharpest laser projection, and most immersive sound available for major releases. The certification is rolling out across hundreds of screens worldwide, with dozens of domestic locations already lined up to take part.

The program kicks off with a special theatrical re-release of Marvel Studios' Avengers: Endgame, giving fans a chance to experience the updated format before the end of the year. Following this, the certification will expand to major tentpole releases like Avengers: Doomsday.
