Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend Reveals Themed Medals and Events

The Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend is just around the corner, set to take place from October 22nd to 25th. The event will feature a range of races, including a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and two-course challenge. Each race will have its own exclusive character meet-and-greets, unique photo opportunities, and shiny medals for finishers.

The 5K is themed after the Disney classic 'The Aristocats', featuring character sightings, entertainment, and refreshments inspired by France, such as Crème de la Crème à la Edgar beverage and Pastry Crackers. Runners will receive a participant shirt and a 5K Finisher Medal featuring Marie, Toulouse, and Berlioz.

The 10K is themed after 'The Three Caballeros', with Disney character sightings and entertainment throughout the course. Post-race refreshments include tamales in Mexico. Finishers will receive a participant shirt and a 10K Finisher Medal featuring Donald Duck, José Carioca, and Panchito Pistoles.

The half marathon is hosted by Mary Poppins and features on-course and post-race refreshments. Runners will receive a participant shirt, a free $15 Disney Promo Card, and a Half Marathon Finisher Medal featuring a silhouette of London's skyline with Mary Poppins floating across.
